We are currently seeking a Shipping & Receiving Warehouse Associate to join our team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

Our Calgary facility supports customers with new, used, and rental equipment, including:
- Bucket Trucks, Digger Derricks, Boom Trucks, Roll-Off Trucks, Trailers and more.
Position Summary
This role is responsible for a variety of warehouse functions, including receiving and processing incoming materials, picking and packing orders, shipping products, and maintaining organized inventory
This position is ideal for candidates with experience in related businesses heavy equipment, parts, automotive, agricultural, construction parts and warehouse operations. It also offers strong opportunities for growth into parts, service, or production roles.
Key Responsibilities
Shipping & Receiving
- Receive, inspect, verify, and stock incoming shipments
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently
- Coordinate with carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries
Inventory Control
- Maintain accurate inventory using company systems
- Perform cycle counts and assist with physical inventory
- Track and record all inventory movements
Warehouse Operations
- Pick, stage, and pack orders for shipment or internal use
- Stock shelves and maintain organized storage areas
- Ensure a clean, safe, and orderly work environment
Equipment Operation
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Follow all company safety procedures and PPE requirements
Customer & Internal Support
- Support parts, service, and production teams with timely fulfillment
- Assist customers and vendors with shipping/receiving inquiries
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient operation
Qualifications
Required
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- 1–2 years of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory experience
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including data entry and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to workplace safety
Preferred
- Experience in heavy-duty trucks, construction, agricultural, or related industries
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience with inventory or ERP systems
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Working Conditions
- Work performed indoors and outdoors depending on tasks
- Exposure to varying weather conditions and warehouse environments
- Moderate to heavy physical labor required
- Regular standing, walking, lifting, and movement throughout the day
Physical Requirements
- Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 70 lbs regularly
- Stand, walk, bend, and move for extended periods (8+ hours/day)
- Climb ladders and access elevated storage areas
- Work safely in confined spaces or uneven terrain
- Use hands and tools to handle materials and equipment
- Wear required PPE for extended periods
