Regional Talent Partner - Remote Position

The Regional Talent Partner is responsible for serving as the link between branches or departments and Human Resources with the top goal of facilitating excellent hires for the organization. Ensure an effective and consistent process and experience for new employees joining the organization. Collaborate with Regional Directors and hiring managers to assist with job postings, resume reviews, phone screenings, and interviewing candidates for key positions in the region, to ensure high quality hires for the organization.
