Job Description

Summary

Our technical support team is looking for a new member with an interest in this area, professional communication style and active both Danish and English to support our customers using ESET products and solutions. Build your professional know-how at ESET. For this position we welcome fresh graduates as well as candidates with similar experience willing to broaden their horizons.

Job description

As customer care specialist you will: 

  • Provide basic sales and technical support to our customers and partners 

  • Manage incoming calls and emails in expected quality and quantity 

  • Solve basic customer issues 

  • Delegate more complex problems to teams responsible  

  • Cooperate with higher level customer support teams 

What do we expect from you: 

  • Fluent in Danish language (C1-C2 level)

  • Have English on good spoken and written level (ideally B2) 

  • Fluent Slovak language is a plus/not mandatory 

  • Be active OS Windows user 

  • Having previous experience with customer support or assistance is warmly welcomed/not mandatory 

  • Have focus on meeting goals 

  • Speak in a professional tone of voice 

  • Like to learn new things and be flexible in finding solutions 

  • Show ownership and sense of responsibility for your tasks

Basic wage component (gross): from 1300 Euro (fresh graduate)

  • The final wage is adjusted based on the experience and seniority level.

  • Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months)
