Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Processing vehicle-related transactions
Researching and reconciling accounts
Verifying the accuracy of physical and digital documents
Cross training to provide administrative support to office coworkers in deal, licensing, AR, and AP roles
Assist with special projects as needed
Other accounting duties as assigned
Here’s what you’ll need:
An eye for accuracy, detail orientation, and organization
A strong sense of self-motivation, initiative, ownership, and problem solving
Willingness and desire to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, and the general use of a computer and calculator
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior accounting experience, with automotive industry experience preferred
