You will lead a backend engineering team responsible for the most critical orchestration layer of the product, enabling complex, multi-step transactions with external systems in a highly fragmented ecosystem. You will operate as both a hands-on technical leader and a strategic driver, working closely with senior leadership, including the co-founder/CTO.
