Director, Network Services

Position Summary The Director of Network Services will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to the existing Network Services Team. This role demands an experienced Network Services expert with a proven track record in managing network support teams within a Managed Services Provider (MSP) environment. In this client facing role, you will possess the vision and ambition necessary to lead a world-class support unit with a particular focus on scalable network management, automation, governance, and continuous improvement. The position will be based out of our NYC office and will require 3 days per week onsite.
