Your Mission: As an Assistant Store Manager, you will play a key role in driving the performance of your store and supporting the team. Your responsibilities will include:
Promoting and embodying Maison 123’s values, sharing the brand spirit with both your team and our customers
Supporting the Store Manager in the daily management and development of the business
Leading, motivating and coaching the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
Delivering an exceptional customer experience through an emotional and personalized sales approach to drive all KPIs
Monitoring and analyzing sales performance to optimize store results
Contributing actively to visual merchandising and ensuring the store’s attractiveness
Implementing ongoing training programs to develop your team’s skills and nurture their passion for fashion
