Financial Liaison III - Finance Department

This position assumes the primary responsibility for the grant management function for 401K Management, DOL, CSBG, Housing Centers, and Energy Assistance grants and its related grants along with other assigned grants. It involves: Financial transactions, budgeting, reporting, and monitoring. Additionally, the position will assume Financial Management duties within the accounting department and supervise the Accounting Associate position. The position will work closely with the respective program manager or director to ensure compliance with both UMOS and program financial policies and procedures. Manage and perform accounting for department operational processes and provide support for ongoing compliance and internal controls to achieve financial goals of UMOS.
