What You’ll Be Doing
- Safely operate a ready-mix concrete truck to deliver product to customer job sites
- Perform daily pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment readiness
- Maintain accurate delivery documentation and communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
- Wash down truck and manage concrete loads to meet quality and safety standards
- Represent the company professionally while prioritizing safety on every job site
What Are We Looking For
- Demonstrated ability to operate heavy vehicles safely and responsibly
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices and situational awareness
- Ability to follow instructions, routes, and schedules with attention to detail
- Effective communication skills and customer-focused mindset
- Capability to perform physical tasks such as climbing, lifting, and working outdoors
Conditions of Employment
- Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
- Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
Work Environment
- Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
