1.Create Production Plan & Follow up execution;
2.Optimize Production Process and Improve Efficiency;
3. Production Quality Control: follow up quality management system requirement, set up and optimize process monitoring mechanism, ensure in process inspection/check mechanism work correctly; Ensure the process control/quality control mechanism is comprehensively implemented and checked;
4.Material and Equipment Management;
5. Production Safety & Compliance Management;
6.Team Building & People Management;
7.Budget planning and control spendings within budget;
1.Expereince:1.>8 years production related experience with 3 years above similar management role in Electronics Assembly area;
2.Hands on experience on people management in Production Filed;
3.Good understanding of performance management/people management\Cost Control/Quality Management System/Lean and Industrial Engineering\6 sigma;
4.Data analysis skill and able to decision based on data;
5.Fluent English speaking;
6.Good understanding of SAP/ERP;
7.Good communication and influence skills\Systematic planning and logic thinking\Willing to learn and strong learning capability;
