Key Responsibilities:
Lead financial business partnering with commercial, marketing, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams, providing financial guidance and analytical support for business decision-making.
Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and long-range planning processes for the Vision Business Unit.
Lead preparation and presentation of financial performance reviews and KPI reporting for regional and global headquarters.
Provide timely and accurate financial reporting, including monthly performance reviews, budget-to-actual variance analysis, risk and opportunity assessments, and year-end projections, delivering actionable insights to business leadership.
Monitor and analyze key financial and operational KPIs, identifying trends, risks, opportunities, and improvement initiatives.
Review and approve business expenditures, including travel requests, CAPEX investments, procurement activities, and pricing/discount proposals in accordance with company policies
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with corporate policies and financial control requirements.
Lead financial participation in Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and S&OP processes, providing financial perspectives on business performance and forecasts
Act as a trusted finance business partner to the Vision Business Head, driving profitable growth, productivity improvement, and strategic decision-making.

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Business Controlling, or related functions
Minimum 5 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Business Controlling roles
Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and business analysis capabilities
Proven ability to influence business decisions through financial insights and business partnering
Experience working in a multinational organization and interacting with regional/global stakeholders
Advanced proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Excel; experience with BI tools such as Power BI
Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively with senior leadership
Experience in B2C, fast-paced commercial environments preferred
