Express Technician (Lube Technician)

Compensation
Annual Pay Range: $24,000 – $30,000 per year

What You'll Do
-
Perform oil and filter changes to manufacturer specifications
-
Rotate and balance tires; replace tires as needed
-
Replace cabin and engine air filters, wiper blades
-
Test and replace batteries; top off fluids
-
Measure tread depth and brake pad wear
-
Perform digital multi-point inspections and video inspections
-
Document findings accurately using inspection software
-
Communicate vehicle needs clearly to Service Advisors

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
What We're Looking For

Valid driver's license and good driving record
-
Basic automotive knowledge and mechanical aptitude

Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Comfortable using computers for documentation

Willingness to learn and grow in a team environment

Basic mechanical tools are a plus (not required)
