This role provides an opportunity to shape and deliver the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy across Europe and North America, ensuring programs are competitive, equitable, and compliant.
The Compensation & Benefits Business Partner acts as a strategic advisor to HR and business leaders, leveraging data and market insights to inform decision-making and support talent attraction, retention, and performance.
Working closely with the Compensation & Benefits Centre of Excellence (CoE), this role is accountable for translating global reward strategy into effective regional execution, balancing consistency with local market and regulatory requirements.
