We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our guests, the Front Desk Agent plays a critical role in ensuring a positive and welcoming experience from the moment guests arrive. This position requires excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional attitude.
  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Process payments and manage billing information using the hotel’s reservation system.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and local attractions to assist guests.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality is a plus.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with computer systems, including reservation and payment processing software.
