Job Description
- To handle the Business Development activities for Adgyl Services of Indian Territory
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the preclinical research domain (pharmacology, toxicology, ADME, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO clients.
- Understand client requirements and align them with our service offerings.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotations to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure addressing customer technical queries, accurate and timely project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
- Maintain CRM records and provide regular reports on business development activities.
MS/M.Sc(Science) in Biotechnology, Bio-Chemistry, Botany, Chemistry, Zoology
- Strong customer network, positive relationships, and knowledge of agreement execution Toxicology business development role.
- Proficiency with CRM or customer relationship management tools.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, ability to communicate concisely about product or service.
- Experience in meeting the month-on-month sales targets.
