Job Description
What you’ll do
Configure and maintain Workday business processes, security, and notifications across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent.
Build and maintain advanced reports, matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards that inform HR and business decision-making.
Partner with HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to translate business needs into Workday configuration.
Support annual cyclical processes: Open Enrollment, Merit and Compensation cycles, and Performance Management within Workday.
Strengthen data integrity through audits, mass data loads, and security role administration.
Identify manual or inefficient processes and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and accuracy.
What we’re looking for
5+ years configuring and supporting Workday across Core HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, and Talent.
Demonstrated experience building advanced and matrix reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.
Strong understanding of HR processes, HR data, and Workday best practices.
Strong communication and partnership skills; able to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
Workday Pro certification(s) a plus.

$85,042.00-123,650.00 per yearThis role is eligible for a bonus that is based on a combination of personal and business performance.
