Lead - Infra

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in planning, design, development, and implementation of large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience in industrial townships, integrated townships, special economic zones (SEZs), industrial parks, smart cities, urban infrastructure projects, or large real estate developments.
• Experience in planning and coordination of water supply, sewerage, storm water drainage, roads, utility corridors, power distribution, ICT infrastructure, and other municipal services.
• Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams comprising civil, structural, utility, transportation, environmental, and MEP professionals.
• Experience in project management, stakeholder coordination, contractor management, and infrastructure delivery.
• Experience in reviewing DPRs, engineering designs, technical specifications, construction methodologies, and project schedules.
• Familiarity with applicable national standards, development regulations, and statutory approval processes.
• Experience in industrial infrastructure projects and integrated urban developments will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, design review, implementation, and monitoring of infrastructure works within MET City.
• Oversee development of roads, water supply systems, sewerage networks, storm water drainage systems, utility corridors, and associated infrastructure.
• Review engineering designs, drawings, technical specifications, estimates, and construction plans submitted by consultants and contractors.
• Ensure seamless integration of various infrastructure components across the project.
• Coordinate with developers, consultants, contractors, utility agencies, local authorities, and other stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress, quality, cost, and schedule performance and recommend corrective actions where required.
• Support procurement activities, bid evaluations, contract administration, and technical assessments.
• Ensure compliance with applicable standards, regulations, environmental requirements, and project objectives.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure timely project delivery.
• Lead infrastructure planning for future expansion and sustainability initiatives within the development.
• Prepare technical reports, presentations, progress updates, and management briefings.
