This is a high-visibility opportunity to help shape Walmart Connect’s non-endemic business—leveraging Walmart first-party data to unlock growth for categories not traditionally sold at Walmart (e.g., Auto, Financial Services, Travel, QSR, Insurance).Our full-funnel solutions—backed by in-store and online signals—deliver accountable results with flexible buying models (including self-serve). You’ll join a team focused on innovation, revenue growth, and long-term partnerships.
What you'll do...
What You’ll Bring 5+ years in digital media/platform sales (e.g., performance, full-funnel, PMP/automation); experience in OOH and/or CTV/Audio strongly desired. Proven success hitting revenue targets with complex, data-led solutions across enterprise clients. Strength working within matrixed organizations; excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management. Advanced communication and presentation skills; crisp storytelling with strong attention to detail and follow-through. Analytical problem-solver with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides; comfortable with experimentation, test-and-learn, and ROI modeling. Deep understanding of consumer behavior and how retail media/first-party data can drive outcomes for non-endemic brands. Nice to Have Experience selling into Auto, Financial Services, Travel, QSR, or Insurance verticals. Familiarity with MMM/MTA, incrementality testing, brand lift studies, and outcome-based optimization. Startup or high-growth platform experience.

The annual salary range for this position is $108,000.00 - $216,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :

Minimum Qualifications...

Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in psychology or related area.Option 2: Master’s degree in advertising, marketing, business, or related area.
Option 3: 5 years’ experience in brand advertising (for example, television, video, sponsorship), media sales, customer acquisition and growth, search, mobile, or online sales.
5 years’ experience in shopper marketing sales, eCommerce sales, or retail advertising sales.
5 years’ experience managing client accounts.
5 years’ experience as a strategic advisor working with C-suite clients.
