As an Executive Assistant in Corporate & Finance Operations, you will provide high-level administrative, operational, and analytical support to a fast-paced executive managing multiple business entities and investment activities. This role goes beyond traditional assistance, requiring strong business understanding, financial awareness, and the ability to coordinate complex workflows across corporate, legal, and operational functions. You will act as a key support partner, ensuring that priorities are tracked, deadlines are met, and business processes run efficiently across multiple initiatives. The environment is dynamic and detail-intensive, requiring strong ownership, discretion, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. You will interact with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and service providers to ensure smooth execution of corporate and financial operations.
