Key Responsibilities
We鈥檙e seeking a data鈥慸riven Growth Marketing Manager to own acquisition strategies and execution for our fast-growing brands. You鈥檒l lead performance across media channels, funnel optimization, and creative messaging to achieve defined revenue, acquisition, and profit targets.
Define and execute media strategies with budgets above $1M/month to hit acquisition and revenue goals.
Optimize the entire funnel鈥攆rom ad creative to checkout and upsell鈥攖o maximize customer value and profitability.
Drive creative strategy by product, audience, and channel, ensuring brand consistency.
Prioritize improvements weekly/bi鈥憌eekly using a 20/80 framework.
Lead upsell/downsell testing via proprietary one鈥慶lick funnel software.
Monitor and optimize each step in the customer journey from platform messaging through thank鈥憏ou page.
