What You'll Do:
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve success.
- Partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and courteously.
- Train, coach, and develop new sales associates.
- Manage store metrics, including sales, inventory, and safety standards.
- Collaborate on merchandising, delivery, and operational processes.
- Bring energy and excitement to training sessions and team meetings. The Sales Manager is responsible for
- Generate sales growth and customer satisfaction through inspired leadership of the sales team.
- As a Sales Manager, you lead with a “we” versus “me” mindset and are known to be an expert listener.
- Sales Managers are expected to do this by setting an optimistic mood on the sales floor, always finding ways to motivate your team and by developing their skills as sales professionals.

- Experienced in commission-based sales and team building.
- A skilled communicator and expert listener.
- Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving skills.
- Passionate about interior design and customer service.
- Comfortable with technology and adaptable to change.
- Able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.

Location: Blossom Hill Rd, San Jose, CA
Job Type: Full time - Non-Exempt/Hourly
Training Rate: $20- $22/hr for 3 months. Paid bi-weekly!
Post Training Rate: Continuous hourly base, PLUS percentage of Store Sales, PLUS personal commissions! UNCAPPED personal commissions.
