JOB TITLE: Advanced Practice Provider 

DEPT: Pre Op Medicine Clinic

LOCATION: MRMG West 7th Street Columbia, TN

SHIFT: Full-Time 10 hr. Shifts

JOB SUMMARY:

Coordinates clinical management of patient care in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Current and Valid License as a Registered Nurse in Tennessee Required

· Certified through ANCC or AANP Required

· Master's in Nursing Preferred

· 2 Years of Nursing Practitioner Experience in a Clinical Setting Preferred
