ABOUT YOU: 


To help accelerate CET’s growth we are seeking a high-performing, self-motivated Business Development Rep. You are a natural extrovert and love meeting new people. You do not get discouraged easily and like setting and achieving goals. Your job will be to engage, qualify and set up formal meetings with prospective dealers to help CET expand our dealer network.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Identify prospective dealers & distributors in target markets 
  • Call and qualify dealers, conveying CET’s value proposition 
  • Set up meetings for RSMs/Sr. Leaders to sign-up dealers 
  • Track all activities in HubSpot 
  • Share learnings & insights with colleagues & teammates 


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: 

  • You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • You are curious & eager to learn and try new things 
  • You have strong organizational and time management skills 
  • You love interacting with people & networking online and on the phone 
  • You are considering a career in business-to-business sales 


BONUS EXPERIENCE: 

  • Industry Experience - Experience with Gas Detection, HVAC, Controls, and/or Instrumentation 
  • Technical Background - A background in engineering or a related technical discipline
