General Maintenance Supervisor | Projects

Overview:  To ensure a safe, efficient, well-maintained hotel environment. Responsibilities:       Execute projects and improvements property wide    Assist with capital projects    Work with various skilled trades to see jobs from concept to completion    Clean all work areas after completing job    Have a thorough understanding of Omni fire alarm procedures and other emergencies.    Have a thorough understanding of Omni Hotel rules and regulations.    Knowledge of all aspects of the Engineering dept.                                 Working Environment:     Interior of hotel, in all areas of the hotel. Exposure to extreme hot and cold temperatures. Exterior of hotel with exposure to weather conditions. Exposure to various hazardous chemicals.   Qualifications:   Monday – Friday 1st Shift
