Our Senior Project Manager independently manages multiple complex campaigns and serves as a strategic delivery partner to the Marketing team. This role may lead cross‑functional work groups, including, for example, marketing directors, event planners, writers, editors, designers, developers, analysts, and internal client partners to deliver high‑quality campaigns that drive revenue growth.
The Senior Project Manager builds ongoing, trusted relationships that extend beyond individual projects, influences outcomes through strategic input, and is accountable for delivering high quality deliverables on time. The role operates with a high degree of autonomy, regularly coordinating and guiding the work of others while contributing to broader Marketing effectiveness and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead day‑to‑day project management with a high degree of autonomy, including developing schedules, setting expectations, coordinating internal and external resources, monitoring progress, and ensuring accountability for adherence to timelines and the stellar quality of work products.
Proactively develop timelines and expectations, surface risks, and partner with marketing colleagues and internal stakeholders to identify solution‑oriented paths forward while ensuring overall campaign success.
Own campaign project management tracking including progress, reporting, and support.
Build and maintain strong, ongoing relationships serving as a trusted advisor for on‑time, on‑budget, and high‑quality deliverables.
Establish effective relationships and provide regular updates to senior internal stakeholders.
Partner with marketing colleagues to provide strategic and focused input that influences outcomes including advising on strategies and potential roadblocks to high quality on-time delivery.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of Segal’s brand and businesses, organizational structure, communication channels, priorities, vendor partners, and client/service offerings to support effective, targeted, and audience‑appropriate campaign execution.
Actively contribute to project planning, recommending new approaches, formats, or solutions based on needs, industry best practices, and Marketing experience.
Minimum of 9 years of relevant professional experience, with a strong preference for experience in marketing campaigns, digital communications, or a related industry; undergraduate degree required.
Strong project management expertise with demonstrated ability to manage multiple, complex client engagements simultaneously while maintaining accountability for scope, quality, timelines, and financial performance.
Expert proficiency with Asana, Microsoft Office, and Outlook.
Demonstrated experience applying generative AI to improve workflows and decision-making, within cross‑functional project teams. Proficiency with Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
Solid understanding of content strategy, design principles and visual communication.
Strong understanding of web design, user experience, and digital build processes, with the ability to advise on best practices and evolving web trends.
Experience working with multimedia projects, including video production and voice‑over coordination.
Demonstrated financial acumen, including experience with project budgeting, cost management, and ongoing budget maintenance.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to build credibility, influence stakeholders, and develop strong working relationships with marketing colleagues, internal clients, and cross‑functional partners
