Intern, Data Analytics (Summer 2026) - Actuarial Technology & Retirement

Essential Functions:
The Summer Intern position in the Actuarial Technology team will mine retirement data and create power BI dashboards. Key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
· Extensive data analytics related to pension/401k/annuities large data sets
· Assist with reporting (i.e., dashboard creation and preparation of standard reporting)
· Assist with ad-hoc requests that require data querying and manipulation
· Assist with research and development regarding pensions/401ks/annuities including trend analysis and studies
· Strong analytical and mathematical capabilities with creative problem-solving ability
· Previous experience manipulating large data sets with Excel and PowerBi
· Previous experience with generative AI - Copilot or Claude highly preferred
· High proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products (Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a time-sensitive environment
· Minimum two plus years of undergraduate education or undergraduate degree
· Knowledge of coding, actuarial concepts or pensions plans/401k/annuities is a plus
· Previous work experience in a professional service environment is desirable but not mandatory
