JOB SUMMARY:
Repair Technicians recondition parts and equipment and test reconditioned parts and equipment.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recondition parts and equipment as required. Verification of used parts.
- Test and verify reconditioned parts and equipment.
- Assist with inventory, warehouse and delivery preparations.
- Dismantling of old machines.
- Interior & exterior cleaning, painting, and maintenance duties as directed.
- Complete assigned tasks within scheduling deadlines.
- Provide phone support to Cash Depot field technicians as needed.
- Identify and recommend efficiency improvements.
- Operate as a team player and help to unify the team.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS: (Education, Experience, Skills, Abilities)
- High School Degree / GED
- 1+ year of professional work experience, electronics experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability in electrical / mechanical or willingness to learn.
- Demonstrated ability in electrical / mechanical testing equipment or willingness to learn.
- Operate within the corporate policy guidelines and business practices.
- Results oriented and demonstrated strong sense of urgency.
- Excellent communication skills, written/verbal with internal and external contacts.
- Proven ability to be organized, detailed, multi-tasker, critical thinker, accurate, thorough and a problem-solver.
- Ability to adapt to change in the workplace or assignment of duties.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
This job operates in a warehouse setting with a technical / repair lab, shipping and receiving area and equipment set-up and reconditioning environment. This role routinely may use standard electronic / mechanical testing equipment, hand lifts and forklifts, and hand tools. Will use office equipment such as computers, phones, copiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, etc.
This is a full-time position. Days and hours or work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, occasional overtime required.
