Master’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Logistics or related field preferred.)
Strong interest or experience in Maintenance & Repair (M&R), logistics, or container fleet management
Knowledge of the maritime industry and the technologies used on board ships
Good understanding (or willingness to learn) how container equipment operates
Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset
Advanced Excel skills and knowledge of reporting tools
Excellent communication skills, especially with external suppliers and vendors
Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging and multicultural environment
Strong adaptability, stress management, and problem-solving mindset
Proactive, curious and willing to take ownership
Team player with strong collaboration skills
Fluent in English is mandatory
