This role involves assisting customers with sales and service inquiries to enhance overall satisfaction and support business growth.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a consistent, exceptional customer experience by uncovering customer needs in a customer‑centric manner and recommending appropriate bank products and services.
  • Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including account opening and maintenance for both personal and business accounts.
  • Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting overall branch performance and success.
  • Refer customers to subject‑matter experts when more complex financial goals or needs are identified.
  • Complete required outbound phone calls to customers to help grow and retain relationships.
  • Actively engage in continuous training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with best practice.
  • Effectively de‑escalate customer concerns or complaints by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution‑focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures as needed.
  • Conduct all activities in accordance with bank policies, procedures, systems, the Corporate Code of Conduct, the Bank Secrecy Act, and all applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
