Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process a variety of financial transactions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Balance an assigned cash drawer daily and identify and resolve any discrepancies as needed.
- Actively listen to customers and always communicate positively and professionally
- Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services that are customer‑focused and solution‑oriented.
- Make appropriate referrals to other lines of business for both traditional and non‑traditional products and services.
- Contribute to the achievement of both individual and team goals by supporting overall branch performance and success.
- Effectively de‑escalate customer concerns or complaints by remaining calm, empathetic, and solution‑focused, while following bank policies and escalation procedures as needed.
- Perform all teller duties in compliance with established bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
