Key Accountabilities (1)
1. Perform transactions and provide services (80% of the total time), such as:
- Perform cash and non-cash transactions for customers (such as opening accounts, receiving deposits, etc.) in accordance with TCB's procedures.
- Provide services to retail customers in the fastest and best way
- Update TCB's regulations, procedures and guidelines about customer service
- Deal with customer requests within authority.
- Perform work in accordance with policies, regulations, procedures, internal guidelines... and service quality commitments (SLAs)
- Fully comply with service quality standards for the position of Teller and other regulations of the Bank from time to time
- Ensure the accuracy of transactions
- Receive customers' opinions on products, processes, services, policies... to have recommendations for policy departments
