PACE Nutrition Services Supervisor RD (Central Valley PACE - Merced)

Under the direct supervision of the PACE Director of Center Operations, the Nutrition Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising and evaluating the implementation of nutrition support services to participants of the PACE program including participant screening, assessment, planning, coordination of patient services and care, counseling and referral services carried out by the Nutrition Services team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, working from 8:00am – 5:00pm. Compensation: $47.78 – $50.16 an hour Location: Central Valley PACE – Merced Center
