PACE Geriatric Services Supervisor (Central Valley PACE - Merced)

Under the direct supervision of the PACE Clinical Manager, the Geriatric Services Supervisor is responsible for coordinating, supervising and evaluating the implementation of psychosocial support services to participants of the Central Valley PACE program including participant screening, assessment, planning, coordination of patient services and care, counseling and referral services carried out by the Geriatric Services Support (GSS) team, and clinical supervision and training of the GSS team.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, working 8:00am – 5:00pm. Location: Central Valley PACE - Merced Compensation: $104,332.80 - $114,766.08 Salary
