What We’re Looking For
The Data, AI, & Cloud Advisor (Consultant) plays a key role in shaping and delivering high-quality advisory services across data, analytics, and AI transformation initiatives.
This role supports enterprise clients in assessing their data and AI readiness, identifying high-value opportunities, and developing structured strategies and roadmaps. You will work alongside Managers and senior team members to analyze client environments, synthesize insights, and develop clear, actionable recommendations.
You will engage with business and technical stakeholders, support workshops and interviews, and help translate complex data and AI concepts into structured, business-aligned outputs.
This is an early-career consulting role requiring strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and the ability to operate in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
Core Responsibilities
AI & Data Readiness Assessment Support
Support delivery of AI and Data Readiness assessments across governance, operating models, and AI capabilities
Assist in stakeholder interviews and document key insights
Analyze current-state data ecosystems, processes, and tools
Identify gaps between business ambition and current data/AI capabilities
Client Engagement, Workshops & Demonstrations
Actively participate in client engagements, contributing to discussions, analysis, and development of strategic recommendations
Contribute to shaping clear, compelling narratives that connect AI and data capabilities to tangible business outcomes
Support the design and development of client workshops, including:
Structuring agendas
Creating materials and frameworks
Preparing supporting analysis and content
Contribute to the development of compelling demonstrations, prototypes, and “art of the possible” scenarios that help clients visualize data and AI solutions
Assist in delivering portions of workshops, demos, and working sessions, with guidance from senior team members
Capture, synthesize, and translate client discussions into structured outputs, including key insights, recommendations, and next steps
Support the identification and constructive challenge of assumptions, ensuring recommendations are grounded in business reality and data feasibility
Research, Analysis & Use Case Structuring
Conduct research on industry trends, benchmarks, and leading practices
Analyze qualitative and quantitative inputs to generate structured insights
Break down ambiguous problems into clear components and hypotheses
Support identification and evaluation of AI and data use cases based on business value, feasibility, and data readiness
Contribute to structuring use case portfolios and prioritization approaches
Strategic Deliverable Development
Develop high-quality, client-ready materials, including:
Maturity assessments
Gap analyses
Use case inventories
Roadmap components
Synthesize findings into clear, structured narratives
Incorporate insights from prototypes and POCs into strategic recommendations and roadmaps
Business Development Support
Support proposal development, research, and content creation
Contribute to presentation materials and client-facing documents
Assist in identifying insights that may inform follow-on opportunities
Technical Literacy (Expected Exposure, Not Ownership)
Awareness of:
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
Data pipelines and integration concepts (ETL/ELT, APIs)
Analytics and BI tools
Understanding of how data and AI systems integrate within enterprise environments (no coding required)
Prototyping & Solution Shaping Support
Support the development of early-stage concepts, prototypes, and proofs-of-concept (POCs) to help validate data and AI use cases
Contribute to shaping solution approaches by translating business problems into initial data and AI solution concepts
Collaborate with technical and engineering teams to explore feasibility and validate assumptions
Help document prototype outcomes, insights, and implications for scaling or further investment

Skills & Requirements
5–6 years of experience in consulting, analytics, data, or related roles
Foundational understanding of:
Data management (governance, quality, integration concepts)
AI and analytics concepts (ML, GenAI, LLMs at a high level)
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work in ambiguous, fast-paced environments
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Internship or experience in consulting, analytics, or data-related roles
Exposure to AI, data platforms, or digital transformation initiatives
Strong curiosity and interest in AI and emerging technologies
