Recent experience of undertaking a similar role within social housing is advantageous
Ability to work to deadlines and prioritise tasks
Additional skills in some of the following disciplines - plumbing, Joinery, carpentry and plastering would be advantageous
Working knowledge of the health and safety regulations
This role will involve driving on company business. In order to drive a company vehicle, drivers must hold a full valid UK driving licence
