Program Supervisor - HUD Housing Services

Lutheran Social Services of Wisconsin & Upper Michigan (LSS) is seeking a Program Supervisor to oversee housing operations for four residential buildings serving individuals with developmental disabilities. This role provides supervision and support to Occupancy Specialists, ensuring compliance with HUD, Fair Housing, and agency standards. Responsibilities include staff supervision, housing compliance oversight, coordination of inspections, documentation review, and collaboration with program leadership. Associate’s degree required (Bachelor’s preferred), 3+ years related experience, and supervisory experience preferred. Valid driver’s license required.
