Resident Manager I with 2-bedroom Unit (Gateway Santa Clara -1341)

This position is for a 40 hour/week full time Resident Manager I with Housing to work at Gateway Santa Clara, a 42-unit affordable housing property in Santa Clara, CA. This is a Tax Credit Property. Qualified Candidates will have 1+ year of affordable housing property management experience, knowledge of HUD, TCAC, DFEH and ADA Guidelines. Qualified Yardi Voyager Experience a plus. Salary range: $22.62 -$40.62 per hour; hiring range for new employees is generally $22.62-31.62 per hour, DOE. Please note an offer will take into consideration the experience of the final candidate and the current salary level of individuals working at EAH in a similar role.
