Job Description

The Human Resources Generalist, Benefits and Leave Administration, Administers all leave of absence across multi-state, including family and medical leave of absence, other leaves, short term and long term disability. The HR Generalist collaborates with the Payroll Department and insurance carriers to ensure employees have appropriate deductions and are paid accurately. Maintains compliance with leave of absence, proper assignment and administration of the company's health and welfare programs. This includes, but is not limited to, medical dental, vision, prescription, COBRA, flexible spending accounts, vision, Life, LTD, and other relative voluntary programs etc. Responds to concerns, inquires and acts as a liaison between partners and employees including paycheck and deductible matters.
