Position Summary: The Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel during the overnight hours. This position is responsible for auditing, balancing, and consolidating departmental accounts to maintain accurate financial records. Additionally, the Night Auditor prepares various hotel operating reports that provide valuable insights into the hotel's performance. Additionally, this role involves handling the requests and transactions of hotel guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
