About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Marketing Manager to join our team. This role sits at the critical intersection of data, customer experience, and business strategy. The ideal candidate will be a strategic problem solver who has deep analytical skills. They will turn data into clear, actionable marketing strategies that improve customer health and drive measurable business results.

What you will accomplish:

Strategic Analysis & Insight Generation

  • Analyze customer performance metrics, engagement health, and customer health indicators (e.g., list health, category performance cuts, etc.) to identify trends, risks, and untapped opportunities for growth and retention.

  • Translate data and insights into clear, digestible, and actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.

  • Conduct opportunity sizing and hypothesis building for new initiatives and campaigns.

  • Develop benchmark definitions and A/B test builds to measure the efficiency of all customer-facing initiatives.

Campaign Execution & Customer Experience

  • Demonstrate a strong customer-centric approach, acting as the voice of the customer to understand and represent their needs and problems.

  • Own and build campaigns, from conceptualization and requirement gathering to performance assessment.

  • Develop clear, concise, and actionable requirements, AI prompts, and creative briefs.

  • Manage intake of partner requests, coordinate dependencies and communicate clearly and efficiently with partner teams and collaborators.

Communication & Influence

  • Communicate findings and recommendations optimally to diverse audiences, using data visualization and storytelling to influence outcomes.

  • Present to and influence partners with compelling data-driven arguments.

What you will bring:

  • 3-5 years of shown experience in marketing and / or consulting, focused on CRM / multi-channel communications , customer strategy, or performance analysis.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, perform quantitative analysis, and derive meaningful insights (analytical + critical thinker; includes both math skills and ability to draw insights from data).

  • Deep expertise in CRM platforms and customer lifecycle strategy.

  • Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior partners

  • Demonstrated customer-centric mentality with a passion for improving customer experiences

  • Ability to balance critical thinking with hands-on execution

  • Self-motivated with a track record of setting and achieving ambitious goals.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Additional Details

The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

C$85,600 - C$114,300

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including RRSP eligibility, various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
