Job Description

The Operations Training Coordinator is responsible for the execution and delivery of all on-the-floor, skills-based training within the operations environment. This role ensures consistent, high-quality training for production employees, supports trainer development, and collaborates with Cell Leaders to reinforce standard work and improve workforce readiness. This position reports to the Operations Training Manager.
