We are seeking a proactive Manager, Site Infrastructure & Facilities, to lead, modernize, and maintain our critical Mount Athos Road facility. You won’t just be maintaining buildings—you’ll be optimizing the environment that develops innovative technologies powering over 38 million North American homes.
What You’ll Do Day-To-Day
- Strategic Visionary: Support the development of the long-term master plan for our facility footprint, aligning physical infrastructure with aggressive corporate growth goals.
- Infrastructure Architect: Lead high-stakes capital projects, renovations, and new construction, managing budgeting and execution from facility design to completion.
- Operational Excellence: Lead project teams, establishing governance and implementing Framatome standards to ensure team readiness and success.
- Safety & Compliance Champion: Maintain adherence to all regulatory, environmental, and safety standards during facility project design and execution phases.
- Strategic Partnerships: Manage landlord relationships, negotiate complex leases, and direct external contractors to high-performance outcomes in compliance with Framatome's standards.
What You'll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience considered).
- 10+ years in facilities management, with a track record of handling complex, regulated infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large-scale projects through a team of subordinates.
- Strong expertise in contract negotiation, lease administration, and budget optimization.
- Expert knowledge of facility operations, preventative maintenance systems, and safety standards.
- Exceptional collaborative skills to bridge gaps between technical staff, executive leadership, and vendors.
- Good analytical ability and problem identification/problem resolution skills.
Total Rewards Package
- Salary: $115,000-$156,000 and may also include annual incentives and performance bonuses. The base salary range is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
