Excela Protect is looking for an energetic and career-motivated Dealership Support Specialist to join our growing team. As a dealer support associate (DSA) you will have the opportunity to use your clear communication style and problem-solving skills to build and maintain long lasting trusting relationships with our dealership partners. You will play a crucial role in building/maintaining the Excela Protect brand into one that evokes a feeling of deep satisfaction and brand loyalty through delivery of consistent world class service.

What we offer:

  • Compensation: $17-20/Hour (commensurate with customer service experience)

Qualifications:

  • Strong amount of customer service experience (3-5 years preferred).
  • Ability to cultivate relationships at all levels and foster a trusted business partner relationship with all stakeholders (internal & external).
  • Ability to educate the customer/dealer on products and services.
  • Exhibit strong follow-up and organizational skills, in both verbal and written communication.
