Manager of Fleet Presentation - Valley Metro

Role Purpose: The Manager leads and directs all bus cleanliness and sanitation activities for the location. This role manages a unionized in house workforce and contracted cleaning vendors to ensure the fleet meets quality, safety, and regulatory standards. The manager must operate within the framework of collective bargaining agreements (CBAs), promote positive labor–management relations, ensure consistent contract compliance, and maintain a safe, respectful, and productive workplace. Ensures all vehicles operated are presentable per contractual and community standards.
