Manage application deployment requests submitted through ServiceNow as Change Requests or Incidents.
Follow the Intake Checklist and provided installation instructions to ensure compliance and consistency in deployment processes.
Continuously professionalize and optimize the build, test, and deployment processes for application packaging.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
Ensure applications comply with organizational security policies and standards during packaging and deployment.
Collaborate with security teams to address vulnerabilities or compliance gaps in application packaging
Maintain clear and detailed documentation for application packages, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Ensure documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
Provide timely support and resolution for deployment-related issues.
Analyze incidents related to application packaging and deployment to prevent recurrence
