(Senior) Business Partner, Marketing Communications & Design (Design)

[What the role is]

Are you passionate about design and branding? If so, then this might be just the job for you! We are seeking a motivated designer who is passionate about all things digital, including web and new technologies. You should have a wealth of design ideas and be able to create engaging experiences that align with the Enterprise Singapore brand. On a typical day, you might work on a variety of projects, ranging from designing marketing collaterals like a brochure, web banner or even microsite, to creating animations that help Singapore businesses better understand our programmes and initiatives. [What you will be working on]

• Create effective visual content for various media platforms, including digital, offline, web, mobile, out-of-home, and occasionally print
• Adapt designs for different online and offline platforms to ensure a consistent brand experience
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, are of high quality and are visually appealing
• Develop, review and refresh corporate brand assets as required
• Keep current with the latest design trends, techniques, best practices and technologies
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high quality designs

[What we are looking for]

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Design or related discipline
• At least 4 years experience in the creative/design industry
• Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and experience in conceptualising designs for a variety of applications
• Familiar with design generative AI software
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Dreamweaver, etc)
• Proficient in Mac and Windows operating systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• UI/UX design experience with knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP skills is an advantage
• Experience with design of physical spaces (such as office or events) is a bonus
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines 
• Strong project management and organisation skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail 
• Good interpersonal skills with the ability to accommodate diverse working styles
