Breakfast Cook
Location: Brian Head Lodge | Department: Food & Beverage

At Brian Head Lodge, we believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day—especially when our guests are gearing up for a full day on the mountain. We’re looking for a reliable, high-energy Breakfast Cook to lead the line and start everyone’s morning with a win.
What You’ll Do:
- Take command of the kitchen, executing a variety of stations, including Grill and Fry, with precision.
- Ensure every plate meets our standards for presentation, temperature, and bold mountain flavor.
- Ensure all ingredients are fresh, properly labeled, and rotated using FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Collaborate smoothly with fellow cooks and the front-of-house team to handle high-volume ticket flows and morning rushes efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with Iron County health regulations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of line cook experience in a fast-casual or full-service environment.
- Pro-level proficiency with flat-tops, fryers, and commercial ovens.
- Must have a valid Utah Food Handler’s Permit (or be ready to obtain one within 14 days of your start date).
- Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have reliable transportation.
