Mountain Capital Partners (MCP) is the third-largest ski resort company in the United States by resort count. Based in Durango, Colorado, MCP owns and manages 17 ski areas, bike parks, and golf courses across the Southwest, Pacific Northwest, and Chile.

Our portfolio includes destinations such as Purgatory Resort (CO), Arizona Snowbowl (AZ), Spider Mountain (TX), and Valle Nevado (Chile) — each offering unique experiences while sharing a common purpose: Give People the Freedom to Ski.

Collectively, MCP properties feature nearly 9,500 acres of lift-served terrain, 500+ trails, 90 lifts, and access to more than 235,000 acres of backcountry, snowcat, and heli-skiing.

Since 2015, MCP has invested over $125 million in capital improvements, from new lifts and terrain expansions to snowmaking and guest amenities.
