Job Description
Mayvin is seeking an experienced IT Journeymen / Senior to support a complex Army radar program office effort at Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and enhancing IT infrastructure across supported sites, ensuring all systems remain secure, stable, and mission capable.
This position is contingent upon award.
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Must have an active Secret Clearance.
Responsibilities:
- Support, maintain, and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, hardware, and software to ensure continuous operational readiness
- Track, process, and document IT system performance, incidents, and configurations to maintain accuracy and compliance
- Provide responsive customer support and technical assistance, ensuring efficient resolution of user and system issues
- Perform network administration tasks, including account management, system monitoring, and routine maintenance
- Collaborate with stakeholders to sustain secure, stable, and efficient IT and logistics operations across supported sites
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of additional IT experience
- A minimum of 3 years of IT Specialist experience (Journeyman)
- A minimum of 10 years of IT Specialist experience (Senior)
- CompTIA Security+
- GSEC
- SCNP or SSCP
- MCSA or MCSE (server 2012)
- Windows 10
- SharePoint Administrator
