Job Description
- Associate degree of equivalent education management experience

Ability to read and interpret documents including federal, state, and local regulations

Produce routine reports and correspondence

Communicate effectively with employees and managers of the organization

Ability to interpret key statistics related to student retention

Functional knowledge of MS Office Suite and email
- Responsible for faculty orientation, professional development, evaluation, and management
- Ensure that all instructors are present, and that adequate provisions are made for classes affected by faculty absences
- Teach classes as needed
- Conduct classroom observations and surveys. Review the results with faculty, students, the Director of Education, and staff as appropriate
- Manage student progress from orientation to graduation. Ensure satisfactory academic progress as it relates to student progression, student attendance, student grades, and graduation rates
- Manage curriculum implementation and ensure compliance to standards. Contribute to the curriculum review process. Where appropriate, communicate all changes to curriculum, books, and supplies
